What is a Certified Health Coach?

As a Dr. Sears Wellness Institute Health Coach, I provide a wide range of services to help individuals and families achieve their wellness and performance goals. My services are designed to meet you where you are and include individual consultations, on-line and in-person workshops, lunch and learns, and presentations that are appropriate for businesses, schools, churches, community groups, retreats and busy executives.  Every engagement kicks-off with a 90-minute consultation to identify and prioritize habit change goals.
